The ride planner

Details entered into the current trip planner are processed only in the page in your browser. The planner does not send a request to dispatch, create a booking, or store those entries in our website database. Refreshing or leaving the page may clear your work; browsers may retain entries through their own autofill or history features.

Calls and general inquiries

Phone links open your device’s calling application. Email links open your email application. Information you choose to communicate is handled through those channels. Please contact dispatch to arrange an appropriate channel before sharing medical records, diagnoses, insurance identifiers, or other sensitive passenger information.

Website hosting

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. During private review, the hosting platform also requires sign-in. This website code does not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cookies for the local trip planner.
